If you know strength training matters but feel unsure where to begin, this program gives you the coaching, accountability, and supportive environment to finally start doing it correctly.

What's Included

12 coach-led sessions built for beginners who want real guidance.

Across six weeks, you’ll train in a women-only small group with hands-on coaching, clear progression, and technique feedback every step of the way.

  • 2 strength training sessions per week

  • 60-minute coach-led small group workouts

  • Beginner-friendly instruction on proper lifting technique

  • Baseline strength markers so you can see your progress

  • Guidance for how to keep progressing after the program

No. This program is specifically for women who want a guided place to start.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. You’ll learn proper technique and build from your current starting point.

Is this a paid program?

Yes. This is a paid small-group coaching program. Investment details are discussed on your Program Fit Call.

What if I feel nervous walking in?

That’s normal. The program is designed to give you structure, coaching, and support from day one.
